I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and I have been practicing for 14 years, working with individuals, couples, families, and children. My specialties include marriage crisis, divorce, child custody, co parenting, blended families, relational problems, life transitions, infants and children, trauma treatment, crisis intervention, grief and loss, adoption and foster care, and parenting issues.
I am skilled in using a wide range of interventions including play therapy, family systems therapy, trauma treatment, and parent coaching . I also work in the areas of divorce and child custody as a facilitator in the mediation process, divorce coach, co parenting coach, child specialist, and clinical visitation monitor.
I believe that there are solutions to the problems we face in life and that the therapeutic relationship should be collaborative and empowering. Treatment plans are made in partnership with clients and the location of services (office, home, school, etc.) is based on the needs of the clients.
